Creating a Live Feed Template

Save time and maintain consistent messaging by creating Live Feed Templates for frequent updates, from weather alerts to recurring event notifications. Created Templates will save written message content, images, and selected channels for quick editing and posting. 

To create a template, click View templates and then click Create Template in the top right corner of the screen. Name the template, choose which organizations to share it with (if your user account has global posting permissions enabled), and add a short description, and click Continue.

Continue building the template as if you were creating the post. Select Save to save the template to the template library. 

To use a template, click within the box of the template message, and Click Create post from template.
