Shared content allows for reusable elements across your site, any user who has the Page Admin or Shared Content Admin permission can edit existing shared content and all instances of that component will be updated automatically. 

Each shared content component can be shared globally across your organizations, shared with specific organizations, or limited to only a single organization.

While only specific roles can create a shared component, all other users have the ability to view and incorporate existing shared content onto the pages they are building.

Unlinking

If unique edits are needed for a specific instance on a particular page, any user can unlink the shared content they've added, allowing them to modify it without affecting the original shared block or its appearance on other pages. 

To help manage these reusable elements, an activity log and usage details popup provides valuable information, showing when each shared component was last edited and listing all the pages currently using that content.
